Returns Policy

Great care and attention is taken to ensure that each piece of artwork is packaged securely before being despatched. In the unlikely event that you receive an artwork that has been damaged in transit please contact me by email at Debs@DeborahKempton.co.uk on receipt. Please include a photograph of the damaged article.

Should the artwork(s) not be as you expect you have 14 days in which to contact me by e-mail at Debs@DeborahKempton.co.uk to request to return the item(s) and receive a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the artwork(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. It must also be returned in the original packaging or equivalent. Once the return has been agreed, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item(s).

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
